What a blessing that the driver was so gracious, courteous and kind.

When I was out to Kelowna in February, I went to visit Uncle Ivan and Auntie
Katie
in Sutherland Hills nursing home.
Uncle Ivan and I took a walk up the hallway and back
and then chatted for a bit.
Before I left, he drew a picture for me - of my little log cabin.
As soon as I locate it again, I will scan it and include it here for you
to see.

Wedding Day - May 31, 1942
How young and full of dreams they look!
Auntie Katie and Uncle Ivan really enjoyed times
spent with their great-grandchildren - Chaise and Caitlyn.
